Job Description: Responsibilities
*Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for the "World's Most Admired Company" (Fortune Magazine) offering significant opportunities for growth and career advancement!*Manage Customer RIS/PACS training utilizing application protocols and processes to coordinate onsite, online and remote training events, requiring 70% to 90% travel.* 100 % compliance with Applications documentation requirements* Promote and support Integrated Information Technology Solutions (IITS) clinical offerings* Willingness to learn and support additional products within Integrated Information Technology Solutions (IITS)* Assist in the resolution of customer issues to ensure greater than 90 % customer satisfaction* Provide trade show support as requested / needed* Participate in process improvement methodologies for training delivery (Six Sigma and eNPI).* Support/Mentor/Coach: Zone Teams, Customers, Business Initiatives and Comply with GE Policies* Serve as field liaison with Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Service Organizations on customer-related product issues by providing feedback to improve our product or our services.

* Bachelors degree with 3 years or High School/Associates degree with 5 years of experience in related field.* Registered ARRT or equivalent clinical expertise* Ability and willingness to travel extensively 70% to 90%* Uncompromised integrity* Able to work independently or in a team setting Desired
* Strong multi modalities Clinical experience, including RIS & PACS* Solid understanding of Radiology operations* Previous experience in a training, management or sales capacity preferred* Knowledge of Integrated Information Technology Solutions (IITS) Products and Services* Strong background or desire to learn digital system workflow, such as Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information Solutions (RIS), Mini Picture Archiving and Communication System (Mini PACS)* Good verbal, written, communication and presentation skills; computer literacy* Ability to develop interpersonal relationships* Effective organizational, assessment, planning, training, coaching, instructional design and distance education skills* HTML, basic web design, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (XML experience not required but is a plus) General
