We currently have an excellent opportunity for a QUALITY ANALYST located at our ROLLING MEADOWS, IL office. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: 
Bachelors degree preferred. 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 
3+ years working in a call center environment. Project management experience desired. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills or experience leading projects. Knowledge of HW and Pension administration a plus. 

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: 
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES: 
Maintain Quality Audit statistics for call center. Update Rolling Meadows Call Center Rankings monthly; oversee Call Center Rewards and Recognition program; RFPscoordinate response to RFPs for Sales team, act as SME for Sales Team with respect to RFP questions/responses, conduct demonstrations as necessary for prospective clients; Update Productivity Improvement metrics/charts for RM Call Center; Manage AE temps, coordinate set-up, training, and day to day management of AE temps; Assist with ongoing maintenance and revisions to client Knowledge Base; Coordinate the weekly preparation and distribution of RM Service Status reports; manage and/or participate in ad hoc Participant Services projects i.e. People soft implementation, delivery of training, etc.
