DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as Education Department Manager and collision repair subject matter specialist
• Assists with campus tours and visitations
• Schedules, coordinates and, if necessary, covers classes
• Trains and teaches company values to employees
• Assists in evaluating and disciplining instructional staff
• Active in the instructional hiring process
• Monitors classroom and labs to ensure quality education is delivered
• Motivates and develops instructors to deliver top quality customer service and education
• Works directly with the TTL in the areas of responsibility

Requirements• 5 years experience in a leadership role holding an instructor or management position (management experience may be substituted with technical expertise)
• Strong background in automotive drivability and undercar
• Completion of AA or AOS degree preferred
• Level 4 in CBSD modules or satisfactory progress towards completion
• High School Diploma / GED
