 Job Description: Responsibilities 

Lead wing to wing execution of public, private and conduit securitization transactions and all related activities including modeling, pitch preparation, vendor and functional managemen.t Use Capital Markets structuring tools to help achieve GE growth and income initiatives. Analyze and assess new securitization opportunitie.sOrganize and lead cross functional and cross business teams through execution of securitization transactions.Review, comment on and negotiate all transaction level documentation with internal and external parties.Manage marketing information content and support the distribution effort of 144A and public offerings.Lead third party vendor selection process and provide follow-on vendor management.Coordinate the transition of all post close deal related activity to the portfolio manager. Develop relationship and work effectively w/P&L, quality, operations, finance and capital markets leaders throughout Commercial Finance. 

 Signature: ~CB~ Qualifications 

* BA/BS , minimum 5 years experience in finance related roles, which assignments must specifically include one or more demonstrable work assignments in the areas of structuring, originating and marketing securitization transactions.* Experience in a finance/lending related environment.* Working knowledge of securitization models.* Strong technical and documentation skills.* Experience leading transaction teams and working in a matrixed environment.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.* Have or willing to obtain Series 7/63 licenses within 90 days.
