We are looking to hire a hedge fund attorney with 3-7 years of relevant post law school experience. Responsibilities would include (1) negotiation of prime brokerage agreements, derivatives contracts, and trading and credit agreements; (2) legal coverage of sales and trading issues relating to hedge funds; and (3) support of existing hedge funds (handling securities law and compliance issues, offer memo updates). 



Skills:

Ideal candidate will have hedge fund, securities law, prime brokerage and derivatives experience from a top law firm or with a financial services firm. Total compensation competitive with law firm salaries for comparable seniority.
