•Lead an Operation’s Process Team for the Fort Smith Operations
•Participate in the creation and execution of the Operating Plan/Budget
•Provide consistency in the application of the Labor Agreement and process 2nd step grievances
•Provide coaching, direction and recommend training needs for all members of the team
•Lead/participate in problem solving and productivity improvement teams
•Maintain proactive working environment through on-going communications between Production Leaders and Union Representatives
•Provide ongoing performance feedback to each member of the Operation’s team
•Act as a resource and communicator for the team. Ensure communication between other Fort Smith Teams
•Lead the team in establishing and meeting daily goals for Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost
•Facilitate team meetings
•Assist in setting priorities and resolving differences and conflicts
•Facilitate the evaluation and development of individual and team performance
•Ensure the team objectives support the plant and RS objectives Minimum Qualifications and Competencies Qualifications 

•Bachelor degree required
•Experience in manufacturing environment, minimum 6 years
•Previous assignment in a leadership role, minimum 2 years
•Experience in a union environment preferred
•Strong leadership skills
•Strong communication skills
•Good computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
•Background in Lean preferred
•Six Sigma certification preferred
