Kellogg Company is seeking a Health & Wellness CRM Intern. In this role you will learn all aspects of the CRM role through a structured Internship program as defined by the organization. This position reports to a Senior Manager, Business Planning and Development for an assigned region.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
a) using Business Warehouse and Excel to develop suggested base volumes at customer/sku/week level;
b) maintaining base volume in CRM at the customer/sku/week level;
c) inputting/maintaining trade promotions in CRM (promotional plans to be approved by Kellogg Senior Manager Business Planning and Development) at the customer/sku level;
d) assisting in maintenance of CRM, including working with gatekeepers to resolve data errors;
e) setting up new items/remove discontinued items in CRM (customer-specific); and
f) handling special assignments as requested.

Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited university/college. Prefer candidate who has completed their sophomore year in college, pursuing a sales, marketing, or finance degree.
Strong analytical and communication skills are required. Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities required.
Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Ability to work year round in Rogers, Arkansas, approximately 20-25 hours per week, is required for this role.
