SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for withdrawing incoming meat from Tyson 1, entering withdrawals into PCS, verifying accuracy of production paperwork, and entering production into Tyson 1 on a daily basis. Responsible for weekly reconciliations of both production and withdrawals: will work with other clerks in tying out weekly product yields; researching shipping variances; reviewing and monitoring all rotation dates on inventoried WIP in Tyson 1, processing employee sales tickets and prepare sales orders when necessary, maintaining various spreadsheets including incoming freight, accessorial charges, and other duties assigned by supervisor. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years in accounting or related field. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Excel and have other basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System, understanding of the system features and how to usethese features. Knowledge of Tyson Business Computer Systems which includes the Sales/Inventory Management System, the General Ledger System, the Transportation/Trucking System, and Production Costing System is preferred.

 Position-Specific Requirements Starting pay will be $9.65-$11.82, depending on experience.
