Looking for full time, evening shift 4:00 pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday Parking Guard. The Parking Guard performs all technical duties relative to maintaining parking accessibility on the PAMC campus. Conducts continuous walking and vehicle patrols of all parking areas, controls parking access for patients, visitors, and staff using various enforcement techniques. Maintains fire extinguishers and tests emergency phones in parking structures, and responds appropriately to all fire emergencies and drills. Must be able to demonstrates exceptional customer relation skills, and a knowledge of managing difficult persons, using verbal de-escalation skills. Education Requirements: Graduation from high school or Ged. Law enforcement or public safety training preferred. Must have Cpr training. Experience: Two years experience in security or a related field, with an emphasis on customer relations. Must have a valid Alaska Driver's license.
