SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Help Desk Manager, performs a variety reporting functions in support of our Help Desk team.
DUTIES:
1. Assist in report creation and analysis for call tracking and trend detection
2. Create reports and SQL queries to identify trends in call volume
3. Occasionally take Help Desk calls to assist clients with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, software, hardware, and telephone issues.
4. Perform call backs to callers to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS:
1. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems
2. Prior report creation and maintenance experience; database experience is preferred
3. Familiarity with Windows XP and Office 2003
4. Have the ability to work well in a team and alone
5. Ability to prioritize
6. Prior office experience is preferred
HOURS: Full-time during the summer, 37.5 hours per week.
