? Minimum of two - three years experience in related client service or member service work.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? PC proficiency with MS Windows.

? Oversee implementation and audit of system set up for all new client installations and clients with plan changes to ensure compliance with client requirements and contract terms.
? Assigns work to department members.
? Interface with internal departments to communicate client requirements and ensure accurate implementation and system set up.
? Interface with internal departments to communicate and ensure client and member service satisfaction.
? Provide issue research and resolution in a timely manner on escalated issues.
? Keep current of technical developments and provide ongoing technical support.
? Assist in RFP response process, especially related to plan design requirements.
? Analyze route cause of issues and recommend short and long-term resolutions.
? Utilize Expert reporting system for research and analysis regarding client issues, questions, or adjustments. Able to identify errors with regards to output. Understand basic interpretation of report output (i.e. story it tells). Speak to client on specific results as it perstaint to EXPERxt output.
? Contribute to the development, implementation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
? Document all client related activity (i.e. Siebel) on escalated issues.
? Ability to handle numerous projects and prioritizes tasks.
? Complete special projects as assigned.
? The ability to utilize Bi-Query to address/identfy specific client issues and aid in the research and ultimate resolution.
? Proactive and ultimately responsible for updating assigned SME category on a monthly basis.
? Exhibits a strong command of individiual account deck as it relates to but not limited to: Pricing, Hierarchy, Business Plan, Account Activity (Gains/Losses, Profitability, Margin), Overall Service Issues, Business Plan (when available).
? Diligent in ensuring all client files are maintained and updated.
? Willing to assist in matters/issues other than Operations.
? Consistently demonstrates ability to utilize internal resources prior to escalation (SME, Data Dictionary, Peer Associates, Operations Manager).
? Develops and trains new associates as well as participating in any department training.
? Maintain compliance to the Systemed SOP on client responsiveness.
? Ensure open and daily communication between team member deliverables are maintained.
? Possesses the ability to understand and speak to Business Alerts, E-clips, Clinical updates and all business driven initiatives.
? All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
