 Candidates must be able to work as part of a team but also function independently, have the ability to handle multiple tasks and to consistently meet established deadlines, and be able to work in a high pressure environment. Candidates should also have excellent oral and written, English language, communication skills. Candidate will provide a broad exposure to various technologies with experience of software systems and architectures. Candidate will perform technical planning, resource allocation, systems integration and testing for major information technology document imaging projects. Candidate will conduct various reviews with both internal and external customers. Qualified applicants will be familiar with digital document archival and workflow and have software engineering experience, particularly with COM and .NET(VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net).
 - Design, develop, test, document, and deliver software programs and tools to enhance or integrate out of the box digital archiving solutions/ electronic document management software.
 - Evaluate customer's requirements for electronic document management, digital archiving/workflow applications and develop solutions accordingly 
 - Maintain current in-depth knowledge of mainstream digital archiving/workflow products
 - Perform needs analysis for customers and develop solutions to support customers' requirements 
 - Some Travel will be required 

 Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field experience is a plus. 

 - 1+ years Object Oriented software engineering experience, especially development experience in COM and .NET(VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net)
 - 1+ years experience with Microsoft NT, 2000, or XP environments 
 - Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
 

 - Experience with .NET (VB.NET or C.
