For more information about our company click here: http://www.l-3com.com/csw.Position Profile: The Quality Analyst will support the final product acceptance of data link products for the sixth largest defense contractor in the United States.Competencies: The Quality Analyst will ensure all deliverable communication system products and services meet CSW standard and end-user requirements. Read and interpret drawings and evaluate the adequacy of associated paperwork and test procedures to assure compliance of the product.Final test witness, product inspection, and shipping inspection and process shipment.Ability to work with engineering type builds that provide limited formal documentation to formal contracts requiring detailed data.Maintain statistical data on associated work and product lines, perform analysis, and report trends.Be able to follow verbal and written instructions and have good communication skills.Capable of working in a fast-paced and high-accuracy environment while remaining calm and effective to meet deadlines.Ability to maintain a good working relationship with external customers and ensure customer confidence. Education/Experience: This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical discipline and two plus (2+) years of progressive experience in quality or reliability disciplines. Knowledge of internal quality system processes including standard workmanship, test & inspection practices, manufacturing & quality processes, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001:2000/AS9100B are required.Special Requirements: Due to the nature of our work this position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. This position may require overtime, weekend, holiday, and/or non-standard hours to support product sell-off and shipments.Additional Comments: This position may be filled at a higher grade based on the successful applicants skills, education and experience.Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT
