Description:
•Provide secretarial and administrative support to custom
services, including word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, filing,
etc.
•Handle phone messages and interact with customer contacts.
•Create presentation materials for internal and external
customers.
•Create, update and maintain various databases and internal
reports.
•Enter customer orders, as needed.
•Update and maintain account profiles/customer files, which may
include loading pricing, contract maintenance, ship-to addresses, etc.
•Coordinate production schedules and assist with material
acquisitions
•Other duties as assigned.
