This person will be working in Dallas, TX with a dynamic and award winning Architectural Design firm. This firm has also won a "Best Place to Work" Award recently.Role of PA (Architectural Design lead):* Work in the design and development of the project from an architectural standpoint. * A leverage point to multiple Project Managers * Meet with the client when required * A liaison between senior management and the associates * Ability to manage the construction process * Coordinates regularly with the Design Architect and/or Architect of Record * Some coordination may involve working with Structural and MEP engineers. * An individual capable of making command decisions to ensure project are completed on time and under budget * A team oriented person willing to mentor junior level and mid level architectsRequirements:* A Bachelors Degree or greater * A professional license * Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Architect experience. * Experience in the Retail, Hospitality, and Mixed-use industry is preferred. * Advanced level AutoCAD skills * Strong communication skills * Strong issue resolution skills * Exposure to Sketch-Up * A blend of design and engineering competencies.Interested candidates please send your resume in a MS Word .doc format along with salary requirements and availability to start.
