 Job Description: Responsibilities 

* Program Management of the various NTI and NPI programs associated with the development of the Advanced Combined Cycle Power Plant.* Work with Product Line Leadership and Engineering functions to develop NTI/NPI program schedules and costs for use during GPB and S2 reviews.* Track funded NTI/NPI programs to measurable objectives (deliverables, timing, spend, etc.). Provide timely, clear, and concise status reporting on all funded programs.* Analyze the combined NTI/NPI program schedules and resource utilizations for critical paths and potential overall ACC program risks. Alert Engineering leadership to developing risks in a timely manner. Qualifications 

* BS degree in Engineering.* Minimum 8+ years of related or similar professional work experience.* Green Belt certified (GE employees only). Desired 

* MS or equivalent Advanced degree. * Experience in business development.* Experience managing technology programs across multiple functional organizations.* Experience in the power generation industry, either thermal or renewable energy.* Experience providing technical program support to sales, commercial and marketing functions. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Willingness/ability to accept challenges outside of technical expertise/comfort zone. * Demonstrated ability to self-start and move forward with individual initiative.
