Job Purpose is to serve the needs of the health plan members and the other patients of the Kaiser Permanente Health Care Program. Under supervision is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, providing and evaluating nursing care for patients and coordinating nursing care activities with other health care disciplines.
Current minimum requirements for this position include: Current RN License and BLS with AED Certification.
Nine months recent Med/Surg experience.
Experience in acute care or skilled nursing, utilizing the nursing process, effective problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrates warmth, cultural competence and responsiveness to customer needs.
Preferred: Two years recent Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting.
Demonstrated clinical judgment with inpatient surgical patients. Med/Surg certification. BSN
Shift: 35 hr/wk; night shift; 10hrs/Split; 2115 - 0745

Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.86
