EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have working knowledge of Windows XP Operating System. Must also have experience with Remote Access. Customer Service oriented. One to two years experience as a Tier One Technician in the client/server environment. Experience using Remedy Help Desk Software, M/S Office Suite required. Excellent customer relation skills. Troubleshooting experience at the physical layer is very important. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
