This posting will cover all current and future openings in all territories of North Dakota. 
 
The successful candidate will sell FedEx transportation services (Express, Ground, and International) to potential and existing business customers within a geographically defined territory. 
 
Some of the specific duties are to: 
 
• Meet and exceed revenue goal requirements 
• Provide solutions and build rapport with customers using a consultative sales approach 
• Grow and maintain customer base within a defined geographic area 
• Make sound business decisions with customers through negotiated and established business agreements 
• Identify and implement integrated automation platforms and solutions to customer base 
• Manage customer interactions and information to ensure continuous and effective business relationships 
 
Our Sales professionals are self-motivated, driven and possess strong time management skills as well as strong verbal / negotiation skills. 

 

 Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business administration; with major in marketing or finance. Typically 1-2 years experience in commercial, industrial, or inside sales preferred with demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and execute customer sales strategies. Ability to organize large amounts of information and establish priorities. Ability to understand customer's annual report, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, total cost concepts, and function of major divisions within customer's organization strong human relations, communications and negotiation skills. Overnight travel required
