Description
Reviews applications and makes decisions regarding creditworthiness for the issuing of credit cards and/or non-card, unsecured lines of credit. Uses systematic tools for more accurate decisions and to determine credit line within approval authority limits. Inputs decisions into the system. Requires basic knowledge of credit card and/or non-card, unsecured lines of credit underwriting criteria. Normally has less than 2 years of experience.
Also responsible for deepening customer relationships through Delight and identifying additional Bank of America products and services that may benefit the customer.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Minimum of 6 months customer contact experience via telephoneSelf-motivated and results oriented.Desired Skills:
