This position is for an Information Security Associate in the International Division and Global Marketing Communications (IIGMC) Administration group. This centralized group does support in the following areas; Business Continuation, Records Retention, Facilities Management and Information Security. This position reports to the Manager of Administration for Global Marketing Communications, as well as, International Division.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
 
*Information Security Requests submitted for the International Division and Global Marketing Communications. The requests are submitted via Remedy, ISRS, Personal Profile and additional systems. The incumbent will be having daily contact with users both domestically and internationally 
*Monitoring IIGMC Security Mailbox 
*Support manager for implementation of new security administration and monitoring processes 
*Procurement Requests submitted for Global Marketing Communications and International Investments and International Insurance 
*Mac/Telephone Change Requests for Global Marketing Communications and International Investments 
*Transit Check Coordinator for Global Marketing Communications and International Investments 
*Paymaster for Administration area 
*Technical trouble shooting and set up of systems 
*Assist Manager in ad hoc projects related to Information Security 
*Assist Vice President of Administration in Facilities Management projects 
*Responsible for disposition of surplus equipment and equipment storage room 
 
Qualifications 
 
*BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 
*Strong oral and written communication skills 
*Excellent interpersonal skills and must be customer focused 
*Technological background and familiarity with systems and security a plus 
*Ability to manage multiple tasks according to priorities 
*Results oriented ability to meet deadlines 
*Ability to seek information and establish working relationships 
*Must be able to work independently and in a team environment 
*High energy level with sense of urgency 
*Familiarity with physical computer set up 
 
** This job is not 100 percent sedentary. The incumbent will be required to move personal computers and printers. 
 
Core hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
