You will be responsible for tutor recruitment, training and management; marketing and sales, which includes following up with interested families to enroll new students; matching new students with appropriate tutors; monitoring the academic progress of students; interfacing between parents and tutors, ensuring excellent customer service delivery; addressing any concerns or questions that parents, tutors and students may have; and managing part-time office staff. In addition, you will provide ongoing professional development for your tutor staff and will have the opportunity to participate in marketing events at local high schools.
