Individual in this role will be responsible for the preparation of financial forecasts and reports of current actual expenses; implementation of financial controls for accounts payable and receivable; reconciliation of forecasts with actual expenses; implementation of position control system; implementation of procurement guidelines; alignment of expenses to budget; preparation of client invoices; supervision of accounts payable and payroll clerks; preparation of variance reports as necessary. Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and Windows.

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, reporting, inventory, chargebacks, etc. Responsible for accounting and financial reporting. Analyzes account budget(s). Performs financial analysis to assist decision making. Provides financial training for unit personnel.
