Provides account service support to clients and supports Yum! Creative Services project manager with job traffic and creative director with account coordination. This position will oversee several ongoing client projects, fulfill client requests, and assist with various projects within the department. 
 
? Directly oversees ongoing client projects – for example: Restaurant Support Center flyer program, logo and image requests, Long John Silver’s action plans for Point of Purchase, and others to be determined by the creative director and associate manager. This includes managing deadlines, project budgets, serving as liaison between client and Creative Services and ensuring all proofing and appropriate processes are followed throughout the life of the job (50%) 
 
? Fields client calls on behalf of supervisor, Associate Manager and Creative Director when they are out of office (5%) 
 
? Joins supervisor, associate manager and creative director on meetings with clients for brainstorm and account service support as needed/requested (5%) 
 
? Assists with job traffic and the workflow process at direction of associate manager. (20%) 
 
? Opens jobs/projects on behalf of supervisor, associate manager and creative director (10%) 
 
? Assists in formatting PowerPoint presentations as needed (5%) 
 
? Performs a variety of additional tasks (5%)

Requirements

 EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent 
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): Minimum 6 months to 2 years client service experience – preferably in an advertising agency 
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent organization skills; great attention to detail; great communication skills and the ability to simultaneously support multiple clients and projects; are all a must for this position. 
Software: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in Mac and PC formats. Knowledge of design programs useful, but not required.
