Description
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
?Strong technical background in security solutions support
?2 + years of technical experience supporting a leading Identity and Access Management product such as: Oracle Identity Access Manager, or others.
?2 + years of programming experience(Java, SQL, Database)in medium to large companies implementing mission critical and/or IT Security solutions.
?Demonstrated experience in other aspects of information management disciplines such as; server architecture, operating systems, networking and database design
?Proven skill in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements such as security roles and access required to contribute to the design of an IAM solution
Responsibilities:
?Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills toimplementsupportIdentityAccess Management Solutions
?Document business processes dependent on IT, provide technical consultation, and provide assistance with security application evaluation, design, developmentsupport activities
?Provide tier 3 level complex problem resolution support
?Participate in team On Call rotation
Qualifications (Skills and Knowledge):
?Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related major
?Should understand Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, SQL, LDAP
?Demonstrated experience supporting IT application security solutions
?Demonstrated understanding of networking, operating system fundamentals (Windows, UNIX, Mainframe), firewalls, load balancing, and programming/scripting languages (.NET, VB, C, Java, Perl etc)
?Demonstrated experience in application development and relational database design such as SQL or Oracle
?Basic understanding of applications security management (Active Directory, Lotus Notes, RSA, SAP, Mainframe etc)
?Must possess excellent communications skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and four years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, ten years of related experience.
