Responsibilities: 
•Provides clinical supervision and problem-solves with staff on clinical issues in conjunction with the Clinical Director and Medical Director;
•Responsible for establishing management procedures and work flow documents to ensure services are delivered according to established “touch levels”
•Recruits, trains, evaluates call center and nursing staff in areas for which they are hired and maintains adequate clinical staffing ratios;
•Assists in the development and ongoing refinement of screening tools and procedures;
•Participates in staff training/orientation program; 
•Completes documentation audits and silent monitoring for continuous quality improvement; 
•Collaborates with management team; and 
•Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION:Registered Nurse with active Georgia license with BS or MS in Nursing Preferred
REQUIREMENTS: •2-5 years of nursing management experience, preferably disease management, case management and/or clinical care coordination services
•Solid knowledge of principles, ethics and precepts of medical health care 
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Excellent clinical assessment skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with Medicaid required
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
