The Assistant Manager supports the Project Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the garage. This position manages a facility, its human resources and accounting requirements for a high-end location. In addition, the Assistant Project Manager engages in the training and development necessary to become a Project Manager.

Accountabilities:

Facilities Management
1. Walk the location to observe the physical condition and appearance of the location, the volume of business and the performance of the attendants/cashiers.
2. Check clocks and tickets for ample supply.
3. Learn to adjust and repair all equipment.
4. Supervise morning/evening rush.

Human Resource Management
5. Monitor the performance of all employees and provide feedback as appropriate.
6. Train in all location operations, procedures and policies; self park, coin box and attendant operations.
7. Read and review all Central Parking Manuals and complete all training modules as assigned.
8. Aid in the completion of employee reviews.

Accounting Support
9. Location garage daily deposits.
10. Learn Accounting procedures.

General
11.Work on assigned projects related to operational improvements; maintenance and repair; policies and procedures; graphics; garage appearance; personnel requirements; bookkeeping operations and equipment.
12. Become familiar with each position?s responsibilities.
13. Assist with the upkeep of the property inventory.
