Job DescriptionGeneral Dynamics Information Technology is a top-tier IT integrator that provides information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal civil and commercial sectors.  Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies.
 

 Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 

 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority
 

 Personnel assigned to this position will demonstrate the ability to successfully apply common certification and accreditation principles in a variety of circumstances and environments. This position requires an excellent command of the English language including grammar, spelling, and usage.
