Christiana Care VNA, the largest home health care provider in Delaware is seeking Full Time Occupational Therapists to provide medically prescribed occupational therapy to patients in the community. The therapist makes the initial and periodic evaluation of the patient's physical and rehabilitation needs, participates in the development and implementation of the Plan of Treatment, in consultation with the physician and case manager as applicable, and treats the patient to develop or restore functions and maintain maximum performance.
Qualified applicants will possess a current Delaware OT license and will also possess 1 year of work experience as an OT. Come and experience all lower Delaware has to offer-beautiful beaches, quiet country side...all within two hours of Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington.
