Christiana Care currently has an opportunity for an experienced RN to work in the Weekend Incentive Program in the Medical ICU at Christiana Hospital. RNs can expect flexibility in scheduling by working only 3 out of 4 weekends a month while receiving premium pay and excellent benefits.

The Medical Intensive Care Unit is a new 20 bed medical teaching, adult ICU for critically ill patients experiencing life threatening medical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, post cardiac arrest, and multisystem failure. Services provided include a variety of advanced respiratory modalities, hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia management, CRRT, and pharmacological support.Christiana Care earns 2007 Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence
