Job Responsibilities:Manage Applicant Tracking System requirements as well as serve as primary contact for all Tier 1Tier 2 trouble ticket resolution of Applicant Tracking System issues Responsible for working with Qwest IT and ATS vendor to resolve systems issues Work with others to design, test, and implement new staffing applications such as upgrades and new systems System Administration on Hire Enterprise Process Improvement and Documentation Periodic/scheduled and Ad Hoc ReportingUser Training on Hire Enterprise Maintaining Vendor Relationships This position will address system issues, resolve escalations, and generate reports on contact trends Evaluate processes, policies, procedures, systems, forms and reports as needed Facilitate issue resolution Prepare reports and analyses using PeopleSoft and Hire.com applications Perform business analysis Work with client to document work process flows Assist in the creation of system functional designs Participate in creating the system requirements and communicate to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing Communicate regularly to users and stakeholders on issues, changes, solutions Resolve day-to-day business process-related problems Ensure quality of all deliverables and tasks Work effectively as part of a team
Basic Job Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant work experience (ex. process and requirements definition, functional design)
Good client interaction and communication skills
1-2 years of work experience serving at a Tier 1 computer support
Ability to analyze and design business processes
Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
Strong analytical skills
Good business process acumen
Strong oral and written communications skills, and specifically strong documentation skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
Ability to work with and apply defined methodologies
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
PREFERRED Job Qualifications: Experience with Hire.com, PeopleSoft or other system configurations a plus
