Remote Account ExecutiveWholesale
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Conducting outside Sales calls on Mortgage Brokers in remote markets to originate applications and loan packages
· Providing Underwriting guidelines to ensure that loans adhere to Countrywide guidelines
· Reviewing files to ensure proper completion and following-through (until closing)
· Reactivating previous clients and seeking new business opportunities
· Monitoring daily lock-ins
· Attending local and state Trade Associations and Broker Seminars
· Remaining conversant with trends in the local marketplacespecifically as they relate to Real-Estate Sales, property values, Broker activity and competition
· Remaining conversant with state Mortgage-Broker Licensing requirements in all areas covered by the Wholesale Loan Center
· Assisting the Center Fulfillment Manager in the development of new Marketing ideas and related Marketing materials
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years experience in the Mortgage industry (preferably in a Sales capacity)
· Knowledge of basic Underwriting guidelines
· Strong communicational, organizational, presentational and time-management skills
· Demonstrated Sales ability
· Proven Business Development and Territory Management skills
The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:
· Bachelors degree
