 Employment Opportunities Title:Accounting Analyst/Financial Specialist

Responsibilities: 
 -Serve as Sarbanes Oxley Controls Leader for the following areas: Controller, Tax, Real Estate and Office of General Counsel. 
 -Assist management with identifying, documenting, assessing and monitoring internal controls, as well as tracking and coordinating the resolution of control gaps. 
 -Monitor the timeliness and adequacy of control assessment activities, including: the quality of SOX 404 documentation, effectiveness of management's testing, and timeliness of management sub-certifications. 
 -Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and PPL methodology. Also, ability to transfer this knowledge and other key information to employees who are responsible for executing compliance-related activities. 
 -Work with management to identify changes to internal controls and coordinating updates to controls documentation, as well as reporting significant changes to internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with Corporate Policy 118. 
 -Serve as administrator for the Delegation of Authority System (DOA), including: interfacing with ISD and DOA coordinators, ensuring compliance with General Procedure 712. 

Qualifications: 
 
 Candidates must meet the basic qualifications to receive consideration. 
 
 Basic Qualifications: 
 -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related discipline required. 
 
 Other Qualifications: 
 -A solid understanding of Controller's Department is preferred. 
 -Strong written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills; organizational skills; and PC skills (including MS Office Products ' Word and Excel). 
 -Proven ability to work on multiple or concurrent projects with tight deadlines, and willingness to work overtime, as necessary, to meet those deadlines. 
 -Professional certification (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) or MBA a plus.
