A New Key Account Group is being formed within the Corporate Trust Division to provide a global relationship management function covering the most important clients within the Corporate Trust business line. Given the growth of our business and product offering, this coordination role will augment and leverage the sales coverage across these global complex clients as well as protect existing business by providing a single point of contact for these significant relationships.
Responsibilities:
Be the senior single point of contact for key corporate trust relationships in order to simplify navigation across the Corporate Trust business lines and escalation point for clients with servicing issues.
Having a deep understanding of the key clients relationship with Corporate Trust and their respective business in order to develop ideas and strategies on how to increase business and enhance relationship value.
Cultivating key senior contacts within the clients global organization who are buyers and influencers for all corporate trust product offerings in order to develop opportunities and leverage contacts working closely with the Corporate Trust Sales Force, Product Area, and Investment Management.
Arranging and participating in strategic global account planning for all corporate trust product opportunities in order to leverage internal contacts and develop new opportunities for the Sales Force. This will involve close coordination internally with Sales, Product areas as well as the Client Management organization at the Company in order to provide multi-product solutions.
Reporting lines: Direct report into the Managing Director and head of the Key Account Group in NY
Business Skills:
VP with minimum 10 years experience in a client facing, business development role
Ability to call at client senior levels
Highly self motivated
Good product and service knowledge of Corporate Trust business
Excellent client and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and communication skills across business lines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Team player
Education/Licenses/Certifications: A college degree is required.
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Customary Work Schedule/Standard Hours: 9-5
