We are seeking a Secretary in Downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities include:
* Compiling all DNS staff reimbursements, obtaining appropriate approvals and forwarding on for processing.
* Tracking on-line attendance for entire staff.
* Ordering supplies for DNS staff located at various New York and New Jersey locations.
* Answering all call-out numbers for staff located on both 5E and 9E.
* Responsible for calling maintenance when copy machines are not working.
* Reserving conference rooms.
* Sorting mail
* Filing.
* Ad-hoc requests.

 Business Skills: 
* Must have at least 5 years related administrative experience with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Must exhibit a positive, professional attitude and demeanor taking the initiative to complete tasks with a minimal level of direction.
* Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with all levels of the organization.
* The ability to work with deadlines while maintaining attention to detail is important.
* Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) and the aptitude to learn new systems and processes.

 Full/Part Time: Full Time

 Customary Work Schedule/Standard Hours: 35
