Manages all aspects of marketing for Personal Markets Life Distribution channel. Leads strategic initiatives and ensures department policies, procedures, staffing, training and marketing materials are in place to support initiatives and goals.

 Additional External Job Posting Information Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required plus a minimum of 7-9 years related insurance sales or product experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity. Experience with in-depth life insurance and tax regulation knowledge required. Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to skillfully handle multiple priorities, possess strong analytical, conflict management and problem-solving skills. Must be life insurance, Series 6 or 7 and 63 licensed. Industry designation (CLU, ChFC) preferred.
