Human Resource AdministratorOverview:Bloomingdale's in Boca Raton is seeking an energeticperson to join our Human Resources team. This highly-visible opportunity is full time and requires a PC savvy, independent, multi-tasker. If you are highly organized and have superior customer service skills, we would really like to meet with you. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in human resources or management.Key Accountabilities:
Accurately track open jobs; implement appropriate recruitment stratergies; manage applicant flow and follow-up; complete new hire paperwork within company, state and federal guidelines; timely data entry into PeopleSoft
Develop and maintain various reports and files in MS Excel; Partner with management to ensure timely coaching and counseling.
Maintain accurate attendance records; monitor associate leave of abscence; process short term disability andworker's compensation.
Ability to work with staff, managers and corporate to answer all benefit and payroll questions.
Schedule new hire orientation; facilitate some training of existing and new associates.
Supervise the human resource office, attend weekly management meetings and involvement in all store wide events.Skills Summary:
