Come grow with us!!We are looking for Operations and Production Supervisors in our stores!As an Operations Supervisor you'll be responsible for the sales floor and the overall direction and coordination of the Operations Department. You will help interview, hire, and oversee the training and development of team members.As an Production Supervisor you will monitor the processing of all incoming merchandise, placement and organization of merchandise on the sales floor; managing and directing production team members; selecting, orientating, and training new team members; monitoring and providing guidance and feedback on team members' performance; ensuring we are providing a high level of customer service.

Job Requirements 



This position requires at least two years of proven management experience 

Ability to communicate both in verbal and written forms 

Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated motivational skills 

Strong mathematical and analytical skills 

Ability to plan, organize, execute and manage all team members 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or verbal form 

Ability to reason, make decisions and use independent judgement in various situations.
