Cricket Communications has multiple opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to an organization that rewards your success.Position OverviewOversee employment, staffing, benefits administration, employee development, employee relations, compensation, systems management, strategic planning and budget management for our Regional Field Operations.The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of HR management, the ability to present to and influence senior management, and will be able to provide strong leadership to the growth and development of the group.This candidate will develop and promote company policies and procedures to accomplish company goals and objectives by doing the following: Work with compensation to develop and implement strategy, structure, policies, and processes. Works with internal and external legal counsel to resolve legal issues. Work with staffing to ensure recruitment goals are met. Work with Organizational Development and Learning to direct the strategy, development, implementation, and measurement of training programs to meet the group’s objectives. Direct the implementation of Project Management philosophy and structure. Facilitates change management and process improvement within the organization.QualificationsMust possess a BS/BA with Human Resources Management or Business concentration or related field. Must have 7-10 years of Human Resources Generalist professional experience and have knowledge of federal, state and local employment law. MS/MBA, SPHR strongly preferred.Must have strong leadership skills, be able to take a team to the next level and promote teamwork as well as individual growth. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, with a diverse group of employees at all levels.Must be strong in project management, able to make good decisions with little direction and able to organize work assignments and to set up priorities.Must be able to effectively juggle priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment.The ability to motivate a team, effectively plan and manage a budget and put strategic plans into action are also required.A commitment to customer focus, quality and developing strong relationships is a must.We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
