Administers the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, data base loading, ID cards, preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries or resolving issues of concern. Incumbents typically have more than 3 years of related experience and perform tasks independent of direct supervision..Supports the installation of HealthCare benefits to new, existing and Transformed CIGNA HealthCare customers. Produces and distributes installation calendar to ensure timely delivery of installation services. Follows up with areas in CIGNA HealthCare to ensure installation tasks are on schedule. Accountable for the timely and high quality production of the customer PROFILE and Epro documentation for all assigned customers. Does critical information gathering and interpretation to ensure client specifications regarding products, structure, billing, eligibility and legislation. Accountable for tracking the resolution of customer PROFILE or Epro issues, following up with other CIGNA HealthCare areas to ensure timely resolution. Serves as technical resource regarding CIGNA HealthCare s customer PROFILE and Epro production process, enhancing CIGNA HealthCare s ability to deliver in a timely, high quality manner. Orders and ensures delivery of all collateral material in support of the enrollment process. Works with the Implementation Manager to ensure that CIGNA HealthCare customer receives prompt and accurate responses to installation-related service issues..
