Description 

 

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes cr and operating losses and other risk exposures. Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports for snr mgt. Reviews and analyzes trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. May develop more complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning cr score cutoffs, loss trends, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. Master's degree preferred; SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 year experience

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

 Qualifications 

 

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills; 

Experience in MIS reporting including report creation, modification and automation;

Ability to independently drive results through maintaining project plans and assembling meetings;

Capacity for decision making and strong organizational abilities;

Strong leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility for yourself and other;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Thorough knowledge of Bank of Americas policies and procedures;

Ability to identify and resolve complex inquiries;

Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment;

Recommends improvements in the design, development, and implementation of project deliverables;

Provides analytical support to senior associates or managers to ensure company goals are met 

Develops more complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling 

Participates in design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies 

 

Desired skills: 

-Master's degree preferred 

-Knowledge of Card Operations 

-SAS/SQL Experience preferred 

- 2-5 year experience preferred
