Description
Takes incoming calls and is responsible for marketing and selling balance transfer and direct deposit options to customers. Makes decisions regarding pricing to achieve yield targets. Must optimize sales opportunities while balancing yield and Customer Delight. The incumbent is a key solicitor of loan and fee products. Activates customer accounts and is responsible for fulfilling many service-related requests from the customer varying in complexity.
As a Customer Marketing Advisor, you will take incoming calls from Customers responding to marketing offers such as promotional rates, as well as marketing strategy-driven calls to sell balance transfers. Process necessary adjustments on accounts to obtain optimal Customer satisfaction and enhance Customer relationships. While always maintaining Customer satisfaction, you will gain extensive knowledge of corporate banking as you work toward the achievement of monthly individual and department goals.
