All: Function as team leader on one or more projects at a time to provide planning, scheduling, resource allocation and direct customer interaction Prepare estimates and assist in negotiating medium complexity projects Provide expertise in problem solving for department Train and mentor others Handle varied and complex assignments from input through delivery Coordinate (with content providers and database masters) database-publishing projects Responsible for project on-time delivery (schedule) Document Designers: Perform supervisory duties like Personal Commitment Interface with external agencies to provide appropriate job shop resources Illustration/Graphic Designer: create illustrations for proposals, trade shows, presentations and manuals Access and use source data from engineering databases; PRO E, CATIA, CONCEPT, etc. External customers Suppliers Consultants 

BS, BA, BFA in advertising design, illustration, art, journalism, communications, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent in education/experience, plus 4 to 6 years in directly related experience All: Ability to apply Analytical skills Knowledge of Data collection/synthesis skills Demonstrate strong judgmental skills Prioritizing skills Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Able to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility Ability to be responsive Self motivated Ability to demonstrate good management skills including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and direct customer interaction Able to understand and satisfy customers Demonstrate good knowledge of different platforms and application SW and their compatibility (or incompatibility) task leadership skills Ability to lead multiple tasks Supervisory skills Analyze and monitor process flow Ability to manage database publishing Knowledge of new/emerging functional area techniques, tools, media and delivery methods Ability to provide guidance, select work to match skills, monitor progress of employees Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Security Clearance. Applicant must be a US Citizen. Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance is required.
