Posting Job Description OVERALL SUMMARY
Reports to Vice President of HBO Entertainment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties include rolling calls, moderate typing, scheduling of appointments and travel arrangements, managing databases, gathering talent agency and network information, script coverage and analysis, basic research, and general assistant administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Must be team player with strong organizational skills and comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidate must have two or more years experience as an assistant in the entertainment industry and have an interest in television programming. Agency experience is preferred.
