To provide outstanding customer servces to candidates with disabilites who need special testing accommodations in order to test successfully and fairly. To maintain order and organization to the scheduling and follow up of such appointments. To contact the site and /or the third party vendor to arrange testing accommodations. 

• Answer questions and concerns raised by callers by following established ADA guidelines and policies within client rules• Schedule candidates that require special needs for exams by researching available testing locations and providing available dates and times for testing.• Process ADA applications.• Use complete and accurate reporting to track Magic use and client specific reporting requirements. • Accurately research and respond to escalate candidate concerns. • Handle candidate/client issues, determine appropriate actions, follow up and document solution. • Verify candidate issues through contact with Test Center administrators and utilizing Prometric EIR. • Follow established guidelines for productivity and problem resolution standards. • Follow established telephone techniques, as determined by quality monitoring• Contribute to the individual and corporate goals, through effective time and maximizing candidate response time. • Utilizing several different computer systems for registering, scheduling and licensing candidates • Maintains punctuality and attendance within company guidelines• Attends required training sessions to improve performance, learn about new clients and develop professionally• Other duties as assigned by Management.  

Experience and Skills
 


At least one year in a call center environment 

Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
