 Description: Do you love to work with numbers and people Have experience supervising The Vermont Teddy Bear Company and its sister companies, PajamaGram and Calyx Flowers, are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to manage the Contact Center and Shelburne Retail facility including the Factory Tour. This position is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer while maximizing sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty.Job Duties include:- Create and maintain an environment that is sales focused and recognizes top performers. - Oversee the development and modification of necessary policies and procedures assessing costs and benefits. - Ensure that the teams are working to make a positive impact with each customer contact. - Oversee the resolution for common and difficult customer service issues. - Oversee the creation of training manual and training programs for all Customer Relations employees. - Ensure scheduling provides the best possible leverage of staff without sacrificing the quality of the customer experience - Motivates qualified, enthusiastic and entertaining Bear Ambassadors and Counselors through the year to provide en exceptional experience for all of our customers. - Manage the finances for the Contact Center and the Retail Store including but not limited to; analyze and report on daily sales for the retail store, coordinate weekly Retail Store cycle counts, and ensure accurate reporting of payroll items. - Manage outsource relationships and coordinate sales staff to optimize sales, costs, customer service, and employee satisfaction.Requirements:- A four year college degree and/or up to five years of business experience. - At least two years of previous experience supervising and managing a team. - Considerable experience with spreadsheets and order entry software. - Strong Analytical skills.
