Job Summary: Responsible for collecting and transmitting data gathered from designated retail stores primarily using a hand-held scanning device. Responsible for meeting defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Maintains a positive relationship with employees and customers as a representative of CROSSMARK 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Collects and transmits consumer product data gathered from designated retail stores on a daily basis by counting inventories, reconciling purchases (invoices) against inventories, scanning UPCs via a hand-held device, inputting product price information, and transmitting collected data daily*Plans and organizes assigned work within CROSSMARK Retail Data Collection by reviewing in-store observation studies, training updates, task lists, store assignments and newsletters*Meets CROSSMARK Retail Data Collection defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, cost containment, completeness, and timeliness by complying with travel and mileage standards, following management and CROSSMARK expectations on cost containment, completing assignments and transmitting data according to CROSSMARKs established procedures and schedules, submitting time card and expense information in accordance with CROSSMARKs established procedures and schedules.*Communicates effectively with management and coworkers by communicating no less than weekly with management regarding schedules/issues; advises management of promotional activity changes within retail outlets.*Attends all Market, Team, and District Meetings, as necessaryFlexibility of schedule is important. Hours vary depending on your location, availability, and willingness to travel.

Successful candidate will have: *High school diploma or GED equivalent*Ability to read, write and have basic math skills*Good verbal and written communication skills*Good organizational skills*Attention to detail*Ability to work independently while following directions*Basiccomputer skills and daily access to a computer that is connected to the internet*Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance*Must keep drivers license and insurance information current and copies provided in a timely manner.
