The Talent Strategist will be responsible for designing and executing strategic and comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit, hire and retain talent to meet current and projected needs of the organization. This is a very fast-paced, high volume position and the successful candidate must be able to interact with numerous client groups in the recruitment process. Attention to detail and client service are of utmost importance, as is adherance to compliance requirements. This role is also responsible for facilitating and processing internal employment transitions (i.e. promotions, internal transfers, etc.).
