The primary function of the position is to facilitate the accurate and complete collection of all scheduling data necessary to establish patients whtin finacial and clinical systems in such a way as to iencure toher departments can rely upon information presentd. the psition functions to communicate ttttrevenue cycle related inssues to patients , physicians, physician office staff, and other hospital personnel.. The position also is responsible for providing professional, quality customer service, timely resolution to customer problems, and coordination of services for all customers. Ability to speak spanish preferred and previous use of Invision and/or Healthserve computer systems is preferred.

Hs/GED required. 2-4 years exp preferred. CHAA certification preferred.

Strong interpersonal, oral and writtedn and phone communication skills; must be able to speak, read and write English.  Ability and willingness to cross-train against multiple disciplines and departments.  Ability to organize, prioritize and manage.
