A specific length of training and/or experience is not required. However, applicants must have sufficient experience and training that included such duties as grounds maintenance, custodial duties, basic carpentry and painting skills (e.g. cutting lumber to specific lengths, nails decking, preparing surfaces for painting, applying primer, etc.), and operating trucks up to1 ton capacity.
